Vabbè, tutte le scuse son buone per farmi venire voglia di dolci, però, a seconda della stagione ci sono i miei gusti che fanno variare gli ingredienti.....
La torta di mele invece, sia per me che per i miei familiari è un "evergreen", piace sempre e comunque, a tutte le temperature e in qualsiasi mese dell'anno, ed é sempre la più richiesta, specialmente da mio marito.
La ricetta che prediligiamo è quella classica che abbiamo già pubblicato anni fa ma, poiché le mele si sposano bene con una miriade di ingredienti, mi sbizzarrisco con gli abbinamenti nuovi salvando capra e cavoli.....il marito è contento e il blog è aggiornato!!!
La proposta di oggi è una torta veramente golosa, con le mele aromatizzate alla grappa Bertagnolli e l'aggiunta di cioccolato bianco a pezzetti........vi assicuro un connubio da leccarsi i baffi!!!!
Ingredienti:
4 mele (Golde Delicius o Renette)
225 gr di farina 00
200 gr di burro
3 uova
175 gr di zucchero
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
125 gr di cioccolato bianco
2/3 cucchiai di Grappa
Un pizzico di sale
Sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a dadini, mettetele in una ciotola e spruzzatele con la grappa, mescolando bene in modo che si distribuisca.
Setacciate la farina con il lievito e il sale.
Tritate il cioccolato a piccoli pezzetti, in alternativa potete usare gocce di cioccolato bianco.
Montate a crema il burro con lo zucchero usando le fruste elettriche.
Aggiungete le uova e poi, poco alla volta, la miscela di farina e lievito.
Imburrate e infarinate una tortiera di 26 cm di diametro.
Scaldate il forno a 180 gradi.
Mescolate le mele alla cioccolata bianca a pezzetti e unitele all'impasto amalgamando.
Versate il composto nella tortiera, livellate la superficie e cuocete per circa 30 minuti.
Lasciate raffreddare e servite.
